Pro Curator Reviews

    From time to time, Artrepreneur will set up Curator Reviews, where our curators provide Pro members with personalized feedback, guidance, and opportunities to advance their careers.

    IMPORTANT: To apply for a Curator Review, you must:

    • Be an Artrepreneur Pro member for at least 3 months.
    • Have at least 10 works uploaded to your profile.

    What is a Curator Review and How Does It Work?

    Pro members can participate in one-on-one reviews with experienced curators. These sessions offer valuable feedback and can open doors for commercial or exhibition opportunities through ATP.art clients.

    Signing Up for a Curator Review

    At the start of each quarter, we announce signups through our newsletter for studio members. To register:

    1. Visit your Artrepreneur dashboard.
    2. Click the signup link and choose an available time slot.

    Confirmation and Preparation

    Upon registration, you and the curator will receive a confirmation email with:

    • Preparation instructions
    • Review format details
    • Expectations

    Read this email carefully to prepare effectively.

    Selecting Works for Review

    Choose three works to share during the session. Be ready to screen share or email these images to the curator beforehand.

    Ensuring Smooth Communication

    • Check your internet connection in advance.
    • Test your video and audio settings before the review day to avoid technical issues.

    The Day of the Review

    • Start the session promptly to maximize your time.
    • Sessions typically last 15–20 minutes, with an additional 10–15 minutes for questions.
    • The curator will provide feedback and discuss the selected works in detail.

    Curator Review Follow-Up

    Within 48 hours, the curator will send a concise summary of key points and relevant takeaways from your review.

    Curator Review Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel or reschedule:

    1. Cancellation Notice: Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
    2. Rescheduling Options: We’ll try to accommodate rescheduling requests based on curator availability.
      • Requests made within 24 hours of the session may forfeit your opportunity.
    3. Exceptions: In emergencies or extenuating circumstances, contact us promptly to discuss alternatives.

    By adhering to these guidelines, we ensure an organized and fair process, offering valuable opportunities for all participating artists. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
